Confirm requirements with the provider
Ask the relevant office which documents or practical information are required. Do not infer medical preparation from a general article or a family handover. Record only the coordination details the helpers need, keeping specialist instructions with the appropriate healthcare professional.
Assign preparation clearly
Give the document preparation task a deadline before departure and an accepted owner. If transport is handled by someone else, create a separate task. This prevents the driver from assuming that another helper has already checked every practical requirement for the appointment.
Use private documents appropriately
Where appropriate, store a useful PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB in the right care circle. Family document access is for admins and caregivers, not helpers. A digital file in Caremily does not guarantee that a provider accepts it instead of an original document.
Record the next practical step
After the visit, note any new booking, provider contact or document request that affects family coordination. Create a task for the next action with an owner and deadline. Keep treatment questions separate: Caremily helps people organize the visit but does not give medical advice.
