What Caremily is
Caremily is a family care coordination service. It helps care circles share tasks and visit handovers. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace healthcare professionals.
Data we process
We process account information such as email address, display name, user ID, memberships and access roles, plus tasks, handovers and other content users choose to add. This content may include personal or health-related information. We also process essential technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Why we use the data
We use data to authenticate users, provide shared care features, enforce access rights, maintain security, support users and comply with applicable law. Caremily contains no advertising SDK and we do not sell personal data.
Sharing and processors
Information is visible to members of a care circle according to their assigned role. Supabase provides our database and authentication infrastructure and processes data on our behalf. We do not share care-circle content with advertisers.
Storage and security
Production data is hosted in the European Union. Caremily uses encrypted network connections and role-based database controls. Users should add only information needed for coordinating care.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and care-circle data while the account or relevant care circle remains active. Users can request deletion in the app or on our deletion page. We delete or anonymize associated active data unless limited retention is required by law or for security. Encrypted backups expire according to the provider backup cycle.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. Care-circle administrators control membership and role access. Each member is responsible for information they add about other people.

Caremily is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@caremily.app.
Family & Teams
Family supports multiple care circles. Teams processes client records, staff memberships, assignments, shifts and audit history in a separate organization workspace. Access is restricted by membership and role.
Subscription · Google Play
Google Play handles payment under its own privacy policy. Caremily processes purchase tokens, pseudonymous account/workspace identifiers, product, plan, verification status and expiry to verify and restore access. We do not receive full payment-card details. Billing records are retained as needed for verification, disputes, security and legal obligations.
Delete your Caremily account · Google Play
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play separately.
