Start with unclaimed work
Look at the next seven days and identify tasks without an agreed owner. Ask whether the action is still needed and whether its deadline is realistic. Decide who will take it, or agree an alternative. A task should not remain on the list merely because someone once mentioned it in a conversation.
Check changes and dependencies
Review appointments that moved, tasks that require opening hours and actions that depend on a previous call or visit. Compare commitments across relatives when the same person helps more than one care circle. Caremily provides exact task times, but the family should not assume automatic conflict detection or dependency scheduling.
Read unresolved handovers
Choose the notes that contain an unfinished practical request. Create or update a task for each action that matters. Keep useful context without rewriting every visit. If a handover contains sensitive detail inappropriate for helpers, discuss the sharing problem rather than relying on document permissions to hide text that is already visible.
Finish with a short agreed plan
Confirm the owners and deadlines aloud, then record the changes in the relevant care circle. Decide when the next review will happen and who should be contacted for urgent changes. Caremily keeps the shared picture available after the conversation; it does not replace agreement, consent or the direct communication needed when circumstances change.
