Separate role from assignment

In Caremily Teams, owners and managers can access active clients throughout the organization. Staff access is limited to assigned active clients. A person’s job title outside the app does not automatically change this role. Use the appropriate organizational controls and verify the resulting access rather than relying on an informational permission card.

Assign around real responsibilities

Check the employees involved with each client and the practical reason for their access. Avoid assigning every employee to every client merely because it is quicker. Discuss cover before somebody becomes unavailable. Access should support the work the organization expects, while its established privacy and professional procedures still apply.

Check the task owner separately

A client assignment does not make an employee responsible for every task on that client’s plan. Name or confirm the person handling each important practical action and use a suitable deadline. Caremily coordination works best when staff can distinguish being allowed to see a client from having accepted a specific piece of work.

Review changes with the team

When a staff member changes role or client responsibilities, check both permissions and open work. Make sure somebody owns unfinished tasks before removing the old assignment. Do not assume automatic reassignment or clinical escalation. Paid Teams access is required for the relevant write operations, so also check the organization’s active subscription and selected limits.
