Count active clients and staff accounts
Teams Start covers up to 5 active clients and 5 employee accounts. Teams Plus covers up to 50 active clients and 30 employee accounts. Owners and managers count toward the employee limit. Check the organization’s actual participants before selecting a plan; do not count only frontline staff while ignoring the people administering the workspace.
Do not count each device separately
One employee using a phone and a tablet is still one account. One Teams subscription covers the organization within the selected limits. Give separate people separate accounts rather than sharing a login to fit a plan. Individual accounts are important for appropriate access, client assignments and understanding who recorded a change.
Compare billing commitments
Czech reference prices for Start are 1,490 CZK monthly or 14,900 CZK yearly; Plus is 1,990 CZK monthly or 19,900 CZK yearly. Google Play displays local availability, currency, final prices and renewal terms. Read the actual offer, especially when choosing a yearly commitment or changing an existing plan.
Review growth before inviting more people
Check client and employee limits before a new service or staffing change. Paid Teams access is needed for relevant write operations; do not assume that an expired plan leaves every organizational action available. Plan changes and restoration follow Google Play terms and preserve the original workspace. There are no advertisements, and the fee is not multiplied by every device.
