Use your own account on your devices

Sign in with the intended Caremily identity on each device. The care circles available to that identity follow membership and roles. Give different people separate accounts, even if sharing one login looks convenient. Individual identities make task ownership and updates clearer and help avoid one person accidentally acting as another.

Check the latest information

Network access is needed for server-backed updates. Refresh the care plan after a change and verify the outcome if a request failed. Do not assume full offline editing or instantaneous delivery unless it is shown. Caremily coordinates shared tasks, contacts and handovers, but device connectivity still determines when a user can see current information.

Understand member and device counts

The Family free limit is two members per care circle, not two devices. One Family Plus payment expands membership for that circle. Teams limits count active clients and employee accounts, including owners and managers, not phones. Another device used by the same account does not require a second subscription for that workspace.

Protect shared and borrowed devices

Sign out when a device is no longer under your control. Keep screen locks and external document viewers in mind. Caremily clears its temporary document cache on sign-out, but copies saved elsewhere can remain. A shared workspace is easier to manage when accounts are individual and devices are treated as access points rather than permanent permission owners.
