Use the registered email address
Choose the password recovery option and enter the email used for Caremily registration. Check spelling, the inbox and spam folder. If you use Google sign-in, select the appropriate Google account instead of assuming its password is the same as a Caremily email password. Avoid repeated requests before giving the current email time to arrive.
Keep the reset link private
Open the recovery email yourself and follow the Caremily password-reset page. Do not paste the link into a family chat, screenshot its full address or send it to support unnecessarily. A reset link may contain a temporary authentication token. If it is expired or already used, request a fresh one rather than trying to reuse it indefinitely.
Choose a password and finish the flow
Enter the new password on the recovery page and wait for confirmation. Then return to the application and sign in with the intended identity. Use a unique password and a trusted password manager if you already have one. Caremily does not need you to disclose the new password to an administrator or another family member.
Check the original care circle
After signing in, confirm that the existing tasks and membership are present. Missing data can indicate the wrong email identity rather than a failed recovery. If email delivery or reset repeatedly fails, contact Caremily support with the error wording, not the private link or password. Google Play purchases and Caremily password recovery remain separate processes.
