Keep accounts personal
Use separate Caremily accounts for different helpers rather than sharing one login. A person’s role belongs to their account, and task responsibility is clearer when each participant is identifiable. Signing into the same account on another phone does not create a new family member.
Check the device audience
Ask whether someone else regularly uses the phone and could open the application or downloaded files. Follow suitable device locking and privacy practices. Do not assume a helper role on one account protects information shown by a different account already signed in on the device.
Remember external document copies
Caremily uses private document storage, but a file opened or saved outside the application may remain elsewhere. Signing out clears the application’s temporary document cache, not every external copy. Consider whether a shared phone is appropriate before opening personal documents on it.
Review access when circumstances change
If the phone becomes shared or changes hands, sign out and review files and device accounts using the appropriate controls. Do not share passwords in care notes. Caremily supports role-based coordination, but careful device handling remains a responsibility of the people using it.
