Review the actual result

Check each relevant action against its agreed outcome. A call attempt or booking request may not yet be a confirmed arrangement. Do not mark the task complete just because the shift has ended. Keep the recorded status consistent with what actually happened.

Write a factual handover

Describe what was done, what remains and any practical deadline. Avoid personal judgement about colleagues or unnecessary sensitive details. Share context within the correct client workspace and use the organization’s direct communication procedure for anything that cannot wait for a later application check.

Confirm the next responsible person

Check that the next employee is assigned to the client and has accepted the relevant work. A roster entry alone is not task ownership. Caremily supports assignments, shifts and shared tasks; it does not automatically resolve every dependency or guarantee staffing coverage.

Review recurring coordination gaps

If the same work repeatedly carries over, discuss capacity and the task description with a manager. Use recorded activity as context, not as an automatic performance score. Follow the organization’s professional policies for reporting and escalation rather than treating the application as an emergency monitoring system.
