Check account and assignment
Use the employee’s own account and confirm their active client assignment. In Caremily Teams, owners and managers can access active clients broadly, while staff access depends on assignment. Do not use another employee’s login to make the first visit easier.
Review practical context
Show the assigned client’s current tasks, relevant contacts and recent handovers. Check that the employee understands the planned work and the client’s preferences. Follow the organization’s professional procedures for clinical instructions, training and safeguarding; the application does not replace those obligations.
Connect the shift to accepted tasks
A place on the roster is not the same as responsibility for every open action. Confirm which tasks the employee will take and their deadlines. Agree how changed arrangements should be communicated directly when time-sensitive, rather than relying only on an optional reminder.
Review access after a change
When assignment or employment changes, review available membership and client controls promptly. Record the practical handover to the next responsible person. Caremily audit history can support understanding recorded activity, but should not be described as certified evidence or a complete professional personnel record.
