Confirm what the provider has agreed
Check visit times, practical scope and the agreed contact route with the provider. Keep an accessible contact entry and record relevant confirmed arrangements. Do not treat a proposed time as a booking. Caremily is a family or organizational workspace; adding a service name does not automatically connect that provider or notify its staff.
Identify work outside the service visit
List family actions such as opening the door, arranging transport or making a follow-up call. Give each important task an owner and deadline. Avoid duplicating work already confirmed with the provider. When responsibilities change, confirm the change with the provider through its agreed communication channel before updating the family plan.
Record practical visit outcomes
A concise handover can say that the service time changed or that a call is still needed. Keep factual observations separate from treatment interpretation. Follow professional instructions for clinical concerns. The application does not replace required provider records, consent procedures or the organization’s existing safeguarding and escalation arrangements.
Review the contact route regularly
Check who may contact the provider and what information should be shared. A Family helper can read shared contacts and handovers, but not private documents. Use a direct call for urgent changes when appropriate. Caremily makes the family’s responsibilities clearer; it does not guarantee service availability or make external organizations participants without an invitation and suitable account.
