Explain the purpose
Tell relatives that the workspace records practical tasks, ownership and visit updates for one person receiving care. Ask that person how they want to be involved and what information may be shared. Caremily coordinates the family; it does not make treatment decisions.
Choose the appropriate role
Family admins and caregivers can access private documents. Helpers can see shared contacts, tasks and handovers but not those documents. Helpers are not limited to their own assigned tasks. Explain this before inviting somebody rather than relying only on the role’s name.
Start with a small plan
Add a few real upcoming actions and one useful contact. Confirm who will take each task. Avoid filling the workspace with vague future ideas on the first day. A simple plan gives new members a reason to return and a clear example to follow.
Discuss the member limit
Family is free for up to two members in one care circle. Family Plus covers additional members of that same circle when one person subscribes; it is not a separate fee for every phone. Check the current offer in Google Play before choosing a plan.
