Delete your Caremily account
Account and data deletion request
Before you request deletion
Deleting your account removes your profile and access to every care circle. Content you added may be needed by other care-circle members for continuity of care. We will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account unless law or legitimate security requirements require limited retention.
Send your request
Email us from the address used for your Caremily account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

If the button does not open your email app, write to hello@caremily.app with the subject “Caremily account deletion request”.
Google Play
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play separately.
We will confirm receipt and normally complete a verified request within 30 days. You can also start this request inside the Android app under Library → Privacy & account.
